Protocols for Best Practices in Project Communication
The concept-design-build-maintain process is a complex process of information transfer that fails at multiple points, raising the cost of the product, reducing the quality and utility, and creating conflict. No solution can be effective unless it addresses the fundamental problem that our current approaches begin with incomplete information poorly transferred among participants. Protocols for Best Practices in Project Communications is the result of a collaborative process among a multi-disciplinary team of experts drawn from the membership of the Construction Institute. The purpose of the Protocols is to provide clear, actionable tools to improve communication regardless of project type, size, or delivery method.
IndustryREdesign
industryREdesign is an exclusive series of interactive workshops designed to draw out and convert inspiring ideas into pragmatic actions everyone can apply to their own professional practice and within their own firms. industryREdesign
uses a cross-industry, cross-generational approach. Each workshop focuses on one distinct challenge to start an ongoing effort to apply, measure and share the impact of ideas generated for each challenge.
